Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers should contact DELUXE CONTAINERS within this period to request a return and receive return instructions.
7-Day Refunds
Once a return has been received, inspected, and approved, the applicable refund will be processed within 7 days through the original payment method where possible.
Return Condition
Returned products should remain in substantially the same condition as delivered. Damage caused after delivery may affect return or refund eligibility.
Used Containers
Used containers may have normal signs of previous use, including dents, scratches, surface rust, markings, fading, or previous repairs. These characteristics alone are not considered defects.
Custom Units
Customized or modified containers may not qualify for standard returns once fabrication, painting, modification, or other customer-requested work has started.
Delivery & Return Costs
Original delivery charges, return transportation costs, custom work, and other special-order expenses may be non-refundable unless the return results from an error by DELUXE CONTAINERS.
30-Day Return • 7-Day Refund
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Once an eligible return has been received, inspected, and approved, we will process the applicable refund within 7 days. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the funds to your account.
