Used Containers
Used containers may include normal wear such as dents, scratches, surface rust, markings, or previous repairs.
Custom Units
Modified containers are generally non-refundable once customization, fabrication, painting, or special work has started.
Delivery Issues
Customers must ensure the delivery site is accessible, safe, level, and ready for container placement before arrival.
Refund Approval
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary by provider.
Important Notice
Returns may be considered only when the delivered container is materially different from the agreed order or has an undisclosed major issue. Delivery costs, custom work, transport fees, and special-order expenses may be non-refundable.
